Ordering

You can easily order online through this store:

  • Select the item you’d like to order
  • Choose a size
  • Add to your cart
  • Enter your payment and delivery information
  • Your items will be delivered direct to your door

Unfortunately it’s only possible to order online, we currently do not take orders by phone or email.

Yes! There are two options for gifting Sworkit.

  • You can purchase gift cards to buy clothing and other items on our online store
  • You can purchase Sworkit premium to use with our web and mobile apps 

Our color and size variations are shown on each product page. If there’s a size or color you’d like, please email us at contact@sworkit.com and we’ll try our best to accommodate. Please note that some items are limited to one size or color.

We currently accept orders from the USA and Europe. We’ll be rolling out Sworkit to other countries in the coming months. Please email us at contact@sworkit.com to upvote your country.

Sizes

Our size guide can be found here. Please note that for unisex items, ladies may want to order at the next size down.

Unfortunately we don’t currently offer clothing items for children. If this is something you’d like, please email us at contact@sworkit.com to make a product request.

Returns and Refunds

Before returning an order, please email us at contact@sworkit.com with your details and order number.

To return your order, please send to the address indicated on the packaging of your order, in the original packaging. If the original packaging is not included, please attach your order number and a contact email with the items.

Please view our size guide before ordering.

If your order arrives at the wrong size e.g. you’ve ordered a size 20 but a different size has arrived, we will offer to refund or send out the correct item.

If the correct size is delivered but it fits poorly, we’re happy to offer exchanges or store credit.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at contact@sworkit.com with your details and order number and we’ll take every step to resolve this for you.

Depending on your order, some items may be delivered separately. If all the items haven’t arrived within 30 working days, please message us at contact@sworkit.com with your details and order number and we’ll look into this for you.

Delivery

It’s currently not possible to deliver to P.O. boxes, the delivery address must be a home or business address.

Products will be delivered within 30 business days, but some items may reach you sooner if you have multiple items in your order which are sent separately.

Delivery is charged per item, with discounts for each additional item purchased. The total cost for your order and delivery will be calculated and displayed when you enter your delivery address.

Yes! We send you an email notification to let you know when your order has been shipped.

If your order is being delivered to the US, you may also be sent an email with details you can use to track your order. We use a range of delivery partners to get your order to you as quick as possible, currently only orders delivered with UPS will receive a tracking number.

Tracking numbers are not available for orders shipped to Europe, but you will still receive email notification when your order is despatched.

Unfortunately we only accept payment with the methods mentioned above, we do not currently accept payment with checks or postal orders.
